We ship Domestic and International. We use the following shipping services: UPS, Fedex and USPS.
Return Policy:
We do our best to give as much information about our product as much as possible. We will refund purchase with the following terms and conditions:
1. Once you recieve your product you have 24 hours to notify us if product was damaged or will not fit your horse. After 24 hours product is non refundable and will fall under manufacture warranty.
2. There is a 25% restocking fee on all return products except those products damaged during shipment.
3. Shipping Charges are non refundable on all return products except those that are reported damaged due to shipping.
4. Customer must pay for return shipping cost except on damaged returns.
